       為推動國家地方創生重大政策的地域創新經營人才佈局、大學社會責任的在地深耕、落實城鄉人才的均衡發展、培養地方特色產業經營管理人才、以及與「在地根經濟」世界潮流接軌,數位媒體設計系於110學年度成立「地方創生智能設計碩士在職專班」,並正式對外招生。

In order to promote the layout of regional innovative management talents in major national policies of regional revitalization, deepen the cultivation of university social responsibility, implement the balanced development of urban and rural talents, cultivate industrial management talents with local characteristics, and integrate with the world trend of “Local Deep Economy”, the Department of Digital Media Design founded “In-service Master’s Program of Smart Design for Regional Revitalization” and officially recruited student in the 2021 academic year.

教育(研究與教學)目標 Educational Objectives (Research and Teaching)

       針對國家地方創生推動的重要政策與人才培育方向,本在職專班以培育具有地方創生的在地連結能力、產學研一體的合作經驗、科技導入的策劃能力、地方品牌策劃能力,以及商業經營與設計專業的城鄉經營人才。招生來源包含:返鄉或留鄉在職的公民營員工、地方特色經營民營企業負責人或在職員工、地方或社區發展協會管理者或成員、地方特色產品經營企業經營者或在職員工、農會、合作社、民宿、旅行業、或觀光休閒等事業經營者、縣市政府與鄉鎮公所推薦之在職員工、地方創生相關公民營單位因培訓需求所推薦之在職人員、任教於地方的國中小學教師,以及其他相關單位負責人或在職員工。

In view of the important policies and talent cultivation direction promoted by national regional revitalization, this in-service master’s program aims to cultivate urban and rural management talents with the ability to integrate regional revitalization with the local situation, the experience of integrating industry, university, and research, the planning ability of science and technology introduction, the planning ability of local brands, and the ability in business operation and design. The enrollment sources include employees of public or private sectors who returned or staying in their hometown, directors or in-service employees of private enterprises with local characteristics, managers or members of local or community development associations, operators or in-service employees of enterprises with local characteristics, farmers’ associations, cooperatives, homestay, tourism, sightseeing and leisure, and other business operators, in-service employees recommended by county and municipal governments and township offices, in-service employees recommended by regional revitalization related civil business units with training needs, local national primary and secondary school teachers, and directors or in-service employees of other relevant units.

       本碩士在職專班除了強化地方創生的政策面、產業面、以及創新服務面之外,更以地方創生策略「科技導入」與「地方品牌建立」的核心專業做為發展定位,將智能設計與地方品牌設計做為生活、生產與生態等三生的活化關鍵,在培育的課程中,結合地方創生事業專題,導入ABCDE智能科技的發展趨勢,即人工智慧與物聯網(AI + IoT)、區塊鏈(Blockchain)、雲端技術(Cloud)、數據(Data),以及生態系(Ecosystem)等技術,讓科技化與智慧化導入地方場域,並發展O2O與SoLoMo等地方創生智能創新服務的研究與實踐,優化地方生活環境、產業生產力、產品附加價值、體驗休閒旅遊,以及市場行銷通路。同時,透過產學一體的培育課程,善用地方的基礎環境,優化鄉鎮管理與服務。

In addition to emphasizing the policy, industry, and innovation services of regional revitalization, this program takes the core specialty of “Technology Introduction” and “local Brand Establishment” as its development orientation in regional revitalization strategy, and takes smart design and local brand design as the activation key of life, production, and ecology. In the course of cultivation, the ABCDE intelligent technology development trend will be introduced by integrating with the regional revitalization topics, i.e., Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things, Blockchain, Cloud Technology, Data, Ecosystem, and other technologies, so that to introduce the technology and smart design to fields, and develop research and practice of regional revitalization intelligent innovation services such as O2O and SoLoMo, optimize the local living environment, industrial productivity, product added value, experience leisure tourism, and marketing channels. At the same time, this program is also dedicated to making good use of the local basic environment and optimizing township management and services through the cultivation course of industry and learning collaboration.

課程規劃 Course Planning

       本碩士在職專班畢業最低總學分數為36學分(包含碩士論文6學分);必修:18學分,選修至少18學分。本課程規劃的教育目標主要針對國家地方創生推動的重要政策與人才培育方向,培育具有地方創生的在地連結能力、產學研一體的合作經驗,以及具有商業經營、設計專業或地方教育背景的人才。課程規劃的重點及特色包含地方創生在地產業的問題解析與方案擬定、跨領域整合模式、科技導入策略、國際視野交流平台,以及在地實踐的可持續性等五大面向。

The minimum total credits required for graduation of the in-service master’s program are 36 credits (including master’s thesis: 6 credits), in which the required courses are 16 credits and elective courses are at least 20 credits. Based on the important policies and talent cultivation direction promoted by national regional revitalization, this study scheme mainly aims to cultivate talents with the ability to integrate regional revitalization with the local situation, the experience of integrating industry, university, research, and people with business management, design, and local education background. The focus and characteristics of the curriculum scheme include five aspects: problem analysis and scheme formulation of regional revitalization in the real estate industry, cross domain integration mode, science and technology introduction strategy, international vision exchange platform, and the sustainability of local practices.

專班特色 Characteristics of the In-service Master’s Program

。全國第一所針對「地方特色產業」高階人才需求的國立碩士在職專班
。以「地方數位轉型」與「地方品牌建立」為核心的中高階人才培育課程
。針對人工智慧物聯網(A, AIoT)、區塊鏈(B, Blockchain)、雲端平台(C, Cloud)、大數據(D, Data)、以及生態系統(Ecosystem)等五大智能設計做為專業學習的演練
。從地方脈絡分析、地方DNA萃取、地方知識產權(IP, Intellectual Property)經營、地方文創經紀、到地方品牌建立,提供整體方法論的策略規劃訓練
。每一屆專班組織一組「城鄉振興聯隊」,透過「地方出題,聯隊解題」的務實致用訓練,推動一班帶二班的群聚效應,以專班團隊發揮地方創生的社會影響力

Characteristics of the In-service Master’s Program

  1. It is the first national master’s in-service program for high-level talents in “industries with local characteristics” nationwide;
  2. It is a middle and high-level talent training course taking “local digital transformation” and “local brand building” as the core;
  3. Five smart designs such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (A, AIoT), Blockchain (B, Blockchain), Cloud platform (C, Cloud), Big Data (D, Data), and Ecosystem (E, Ecosystem) are practiced as professional learning;
  4. Provide strategic planning training of overall methodology from local context analysis, local DNA extraction, local intellectual property (IP) management, local cultural and creative brokerage, to the local brand establishment;
  5. Every class will be organized in an “Urban and Rural Revitalization Team” to participate in the practice of “Local Problems-Team Solutions”, by which to promote the clustering effect based on previous work to make full play of the program’s social influence in regional revitalization;
  6. This program is dedicated to integrating the internal and external resources of the in-service graduates, and jointly developing the operation mode of urban-rural two-way flow and network and reality connection;
  7. Teaching strategies correspond to CSR, ESG, SDGs, and other sustainable development goals, by which to enhance the career vision of enterprise operators of “international vision, local design”;
  8. “Regional Revitalization Talent Cultivation Cooperation Platform” has been signed with regional revitalization teams in Japan, Malaysia, and other Asian regions to provide an environment for cross international talent exchange and matchmaking.

。選修專業課程包含「地方品牌設計」、「地方展演設計」、「地方影像採擷」、「社造專論」、「風土文化繪本」、「地方創生智能設計」、「小鎮創業學」、「政府資源與補助 計畫研究」、「使用者經驗設計」、「人機互動設計」、「在地永續發展」、「科技化健康促進」、以及「綠色設計」等跨域特色課程,提供地方產業經營者的各面向需求
。台灣北中南東各個地區都有一處教學實踐場域,提供課堂在發展地方創生規劃、經營、與商轉的在地化模型。

Teaching Highlight

  1. Students can develop their own local innovation cause into an industrial graduation thesis, integrate production and learning, and pay equal attention to theory and practice;
  2. The program provides exchange opportunities such as regional revitalization “field visits” and “international experiences” every year to increase students’ business experience of industries with local characteristics of both within the country and overseas;
  3. Four stages of “sharing and problem analysis”, “suggestions and experience feedback”, “solutions and action plans”, and “matchmaking and resource introduction” are used as practical exercises to strengthen the ability of market insight and planning;
  4. Elective courses include “Local Brand Design”, “Local Exhibition Design”, “Local Image Capture”, “Community Landscape Integrated Development Monograph” and “Local Customs Cultural Picture Book”, “Regional Revitalization Smart Design”, “Small Town Entrepreneurship”, “Research on Government Resources and Subsidy Plan”, “User Experience Design”, “Human-computer Interaction Design”, “Sustainable Local Development”, “Healthy Promotion by Science and Technology”, and “Green Design” and other cross interdisciplinary characteristic courses are provided to meet needs of local industrial operators;
  5. With a teaching practice field in each region of northern, central, southern, and eastern Taiwan, this program provides localized models for classroom development of regional revitalization in planning, management, and business transformation.
